To blog or not to blog...

I haven't really blogged in a long time.

Posts about my dinner menus don't really count.

I've been on Facebook more and randomly posting that way. So my blog has suffered.

Both the boys birthdays have come and gone and I have not done a birthday post about them.

Bad Blogger!

So this summer, I am going to try to update more often. Starting now!

As of last Thursday, school is officially out. So we've been busy with end of the school year activities in each of the boys' classes.
Ryan had "mega show and tell" so he brought his daddy with all his fire gear in
Ryan was so proud to talk about him! His teacher even commented on how confident he was up there and that she hadn't seen him like that before!
Ryan's teacher, Mrs. Murray agreed to put on Tripp's turnouts
Casey and Emily were part of the audience
Ryan's last field trip was the day before the last day of school. We went to YMCA's Xrcade.
Jessica and I challenged eachother on the dance machine!
Casey's last day of school was "mud day"! They turn the playground into lakes and rivers of mud!
Ryan with Reagan & Jillian, two of his 1st grade classmates who were also his kindergarten classmates! Next year the 3 of them will seperated for sure. Reagan will stay at NCS but Ryan is going to Challenge Charter School and Jillian is going to Oakwood Elementary
Zachary, Micah and Casey are buds because Micah's sister is Reagan and Zachary's sister is Samantha. When mom's are friends, the kids have to be too!
Ryan and his teacher, Mrs. Murray. He sure loved her. And she would tell me all the time how special Ryan is to her. She would say that she loves all her students, but Ryan has a special place in her heart (I'm sure she says that about all her students!
We had to drain our pool
But the kids had a blast when we filled it back up!
It took about a day and a half to fill it

Dinner Menu Week of 5/23

Okay, I got a little distracted with Casey's birthday party but now I'm getting back on track for my dinner planning! Here's what I've come up with for the next week and a half:

5/21: Chicken Enchiladas (I will take mine "to go" because I will be scrapbooking tonight with my friend!)

5/22: No Time to Cook Chicken (I never made this the last time it was on my menu, but it's a crockpot recipe. Never tried it, hope it good!)

5/23: Balsamic Chicken w/mushrooms and green beans (a weight watchers recipe that Mere told me about)

5/24: Broccoli Beef

5/25: Beef Stuffed Crescents

5/26: Chicken Caesar Sandwiches (my friend and old neighbor from Vancouver makes these!)

5/27: Mexican Lasagna

5/28: ~

5/29: Tilapia

5/30: Baked Ziti

5/31: ~

If you want a recipe. let me know! Kelli, I think you asked me for one last time and I never got that to you! I promise I will do it this time!
